House for rent near the sea in Spain, Alicante, Torrevieja.
Quiet, prestigious area of Torrevieja, a popular place for holidaymakers. Warm sea, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, public transport (bus runs regularly) within walking distance, free on street Parking next to the house.
Cosy living room (salon), with two exits: to the kitchen and into the hallway. A hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Living room has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs. The fireplace does not work. TV hidden in the dresser. Free radio / CD player, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan.
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. From the kitchen exit to the washing machine and the dryer.
Each bedroom has a double bed, pillows, blankets; bedside tables and a wardrobe with hangers for clothing; ceiling fan and heater.
Bathroom with large mirror, sanitary ware and bathroom there are toiletries, first aid kit and a heater.
On the terrace overlooking the communal pool has a table and chairs, Smoking area. The pool includes adult, children's, shower and lawn.
All bed linen, towels, are provided.

We met Alex at his house which is just round the corner from the property. He took us round and was helpful though as we were meeting friends in Torre we didn't need much help. Our friends took us to fabulous restaurants and bars all within 10-15mins walk. The nice beaches take a bit longer than that to get to but the weather is so pleasant you really don't mind.

Alex and Gulnaz are very good hosts. They are very helpfull and try to give you the best time in Torrevieja. Alex picked us up at the airport at our arrival and drove us there again at our departure. The apartment is very nice - Spanish style - with all the things that you need for a holiday. The view from the apartment so beautiful, the pool is nice, and you feel welcome where ever you go - a very friendly neighborhood. We'll definitely recommend others to stay in the apartment and have Alex and Gulnaz as hosts.
