FOR TENANTS
- we are always in touch, any issues are resolved promptly;
- at your request, we can meet you at the airport. The road from the airport to Torrevieja takes about 45 minutes.
- If you have any questions about the lease, please contact us immediately. You are guaranteed to receive a response within 1 business day.
FOR OWNERS
- publication of announcements and search for tenants;
- Management lease payments;
- preparation of regular online reports for the owner;
- cleaning the house before and after the arrival of the tenants;
- repair and construction, plumbing and electrical, control over the construction and repair work.
