Cosy living room (salon) has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, double bed
The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, toaster, Cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
The bedroom has a double bed, pillows, blankets; bedside tables and a wardrobe with hangers for clothing;
Bathroom with mirror, sanitary ware and bathroom there are toiletries, first aid kit
On the terrace has a table and chairs, Smoking area. BBQ.
All bed linen, towels, are provided.

House is close to the beach, 10-15 minutes to walk.
Within walking distance are a large supermarket, restaurants and cafes and public transport.
You will like it, because the house is located in the prestigious, quiet and safe area.

    Kann man das Haus noch mieten?
    Ich interessiere mich für die Zeit ab mitte Mai 2023 für 3 bis 4 Wochen gern auch ab Ende Mai , sofern noch etwas in den genannten Zeiten frei ist bitte ich um Nachricht, wobei es egal ist welches Haus , da im internet 2 verschiedene Wohnungen in der Anlage C.Ancora, C.Aguas Nuevas Camposol angezeigt wird.
    Sollten Sie auch noch ein weiteres Haus in der Anlage haben, so bitte ich u, entsprechende Info. Die Örtlichkeiten in der Anlage sind mir sehr gut bekannt, da ich bis Juli 2019 Eigentümer des Hauses Camposol Nr.40 war.

    Alex and Gulnaz are really nice hosts. Appartment was clean and tidy and located in a calm neigbourhood.
